Course Objectives

  • Describe the difference between monogamy and consensual non-monogamy
  • Identify three forms of consensual non-monogamy
  • Receive and implement tools that can be used in one’s own practice to assist clients who want to explore consensual non-monogamy
  • Distinguish between jealousy and compersion and how to work with clients on addressing them both
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of when and how to refer to a sex therapist
This course meets AASECT Sex Therapy Certification requirements: CKA-E, CKA-F, ST-C, and ST-E.
